My wife and I recently acquired a property close to Lavon that has an aerobic septic system. Our first experience having lived in the city forever. The system was so neglected (baby wipes or something) A-1 Septic looked, called me and said there was nothing they could do. And drove off. I called Rod. As promised the next morning I spoke to John his awesome representative who called me to share with me his assessment of the severity of the issues. He was a God send. Excellent service. Arrived on time. Did the pump out of septic tanks. I thought I had 3 500 gallon tanks. He let me know that I had 2 350 gallon tanks and 1 500 gallon tank. He had quoted me $600 for 3 500 gallon tanks. But only charged me $450 because I had less gallons. Others have charged me for 3 500 gallons without letting me know I had less gallons. That's integrity. Didn't try and rip me off like others have in the past. I will use ROD again and would recommend him to anyone needing septic service. Excellent!!!

He found all 5 of my tanks within minutes and told us what we needed to get done!
